    Just FYI, TP-Link finally put out a statement on Matter integration. It seems to indicate that only future products will be designed for matter as opposed to updating these current items.

    Sucks. Considering both thread and Wi-Fi products can be updated for matter. Just one way to push new products and replace existing ones that work. More waste.

    I'm still mystified as to why this is FP - it's essentially a listing of the entirety of TP-Link's KASA product line that's available at Amazon at regular prices. Also the thumbnailed featured product is a hard wired in-wall socket? I've been making my home "smart" for several years now and can't find a single use case for an in-wall smart socket that can't be solved cheaper/easier than with a smart plug. Maybe BF will bring some deals on this stuff, but in the meantime nothing to see here.
