Looks like it's $299 at Mernards until Monday. None of these stores are near where I live :-(.

Menards does run an almost all year rebate program that gives you 11% back, the downside is that is only valid in-store, however, the rebate literally does not expire (I've cashed ones from 2007, that I found in some moving boxes).
Now, because it is Black Friday offer, they may have stopped it temporarily (I was checking the newspaper ad and it doesn't say anything).
In any case, even if is the same price at Amazon or HD, (usually) it beats them with the 11% rebate. YMMV, but in my book, Menards kicks arse.

Would just buy the delta 36-725. I had a portable kobalt table saw and found the new be to be a huge upgrade.

No it does not. Menards does not do the 11% rebate during the holidays. They usually have bigger flyer sales and a 15% bag sale before rebates come back around February.

Have one for two years now. It's a jobsite saw with folding legs, really neat. I do recommend inspecting the contents upon arrival. Mine came with a damaged rip fence - not the fence piece but the plastic side that clamps down to the rack and pinion.

Actually the 11% ended Wednesday and the saw also went on sale Wednesday. I bought it for this price and the 11% so there was one day that both were valid.
