USB-C, is this Power Delivery? or do we need to use the DC Pin only to power?
TIA

Display is IPS but the color feels washed out. 300 nits is pretty dim. Build quality is good, computer is quick, doesn't get super hot. Still day 1, getting used to Windows 11.
edit:
Whoa, tilting the screen just slightly really changes the brightness viewing angle. This is my first IPS display, maybe it's due to that. The AMD graphics software also has a setting to boost colors like you're gaming. Would recommend enabling that.
The only realistic explanation is that people really have no idea what PCs are, like they are completely disconnected. Not with shallow, or old knowledge, plain old none.
On this laptop, I would trade any one of my family's laptops for it. Well, almost any, I wouldn't want my child to walk around with a regular sized laptop

I own one of each of the two previous generations of this type of Asus laptop. While the colors
are muted since they don't reproduce the whole sRGB gamut. What is there looks decent with good
black levels and an anti-glare screen.
If this is going to be your one and only laptop that you do a lot of media consumption maybe you might
want a better screen, but really it depends on how picky you are. I am very picky on screens - I have an OLED
Asus for my streaming. But I could easily deal with this. A 16" 16:10 screen will allow you to get a lot of work
done more efficiently which I assume most people would buy this for. But, as a poster above mentions, the screen should be adjusted to be head-on to you. It is a wider viewing angle than low-end TN panels but keep that in mind.
Also, Win 11 really does bother me. While I like the new intels and prefer them over Ryzen, having a Ryzen would
allow me to install Win 10 without gimping the processor.
If you are not in a hurry I would just wait as it seems our economy is continuing to go in the shitter.

IMO the screen is the deal breaker on this device.
