Missing the power brick is not an issue, but what if I get a unit with screen scratched or has a dent / crack on the surface?

*Now I used to call Best Buy, "Worst Return." They would deny damn near any return even if you had a receipt in hand and the package was still sealed. Again I am assuming that is different now as I haven't attempted to return anything to BB in 5+ years and every single PC seems to have an open box price.
