I've had terrible experiences with BB open box both "satisfactory" and "excellent" conditions. Five laptops were all display models with significant use. Screen burn in, non-operating cameras, failing screens. I bought both online shipped and in store. I hate returning purchases but do not want a display model that has expired warranty.
