The regular Galaxy Tab S9 (non-FE) versions are OLED.

The S7 FE trade in value is $300.00, which got me excited for an $84.99 tablet until I got to checkout and Samsung is taking the 30% off deal for this tablet off the price AFTER trade in value, so the 30% off changes from $165 off to only $75 off, bringing my total to 174.99 plus tax after trade in.

I see a lot of people discussing "updates" and it seems to be a make-it-or-break-it situation but I have never seen anyone state what the actual issue ia. Can anyone articulate exactly what the vulnerbilities are and the realistic risk of buying a device that isn't receiving updates anymore? That would help those of us with lower budgets on weighing our decisions. Thanks.

I look up the processor on this and the s7 fe and the performance are almost the same. The cpu is slight better but the GPU is also slight worse (typical Exynos GPu). Not sure if I can can see any performance difference from the current S7 FE
