Screen resolution is all over the place. On BB under specs, it says 1600x768. On BB under features, it says 1920x1080. On Asus' site, it says 1920x1200. What a crap shoot!

There is one SODIMM socket, I assume 8GB is onboard and a 4GB SODIMM is in the slot?
SSD is removable or is it also soldered?

The CPU doesn't seem too bad:

CPU is great for this price. Correct on memory and SSD should be removable, but I don't remember as I didn't keep it. I was looking for one with dedicated GFX for CAD.

Nice specs at a great price point. I have Lenovo branded work laptop with Ryzen 7 5825U which is slower than 5800hs, and it handles everything I throw at it and the CPU usage remains low and the laptop stays cool with great battery life.
