In this particular case, no backlit keyboard DOES NOT kill the deal (IMO).

It's was $318 excluding taxes. Other than the Acer having a touchscreen the specs seem comparable.

I'd say your Acer is a pretty good deal if it came with low usage. Get and run HWINFO64 and see how many hours are on the SSD and charge cycles on the battery. That will help make a decision.
