However, I do like the lower price. I've seen multiple smaller tool resellers list this combo for $175 to $179 recently... so HD certainly needs to do a better job on their BF pricing as they are paying significantly less than the regional suppliers given their volume / purchasing power.
Edit - Seller now listed as GenuineTools.com. Also, I've never had to deal with Milwaukee warrantee repairs but per the comments in this thread - I doesn't sound like the seller or receipt will be an issue unless you receive really old stock and were nearing the end of the warrantee period.

They aren't listed as a local dealer by either zip code or city/state. The results list all manner of local small retailers. I doubt they are authorized which means no warranty.
