whatever walamrt clearance is, it never happens in the west coast. y? west coast has lots of rich people.

Thanks for the offer, the laptop I purchased was the Samsung Chromebook 3. I wanted the Asus Chromebook but none of my local stores had it and the one on Amazon has a different model number making it risky for discover. One of my local stores has the Asus for $70, if you want I could send a screenshot for a price match.

Thank you for this information. I will check this thread again when I get home, and verify that I have 'TODAY' as an option. Ordering the Winks over the app is one thing I have not yet attempted. Store inventory continues to show as 'Limited Stock' in the app, yet BS shows that the in-store stock is 4 units. I know there were three physically available when I last made a visit, but could not confirm the fourth unit.

Huh, that makes no sense. There's plenty of Walmart clearance on the west coast, at least up in the pacific northwest in my experience. Stores have clearance when there's inventory they need to move and it's not selling. Usually these are crap products or things that have sat on shelves forever. In busy areas stuff doesn't tend to sit on shelves for as long so there's less clearance. Look around the store and you'll see plenty of items with big yellow clearance stickers though. Don't expect to find things like awesome Weber grills or brand new iPads--that stuff will sell all day every day just fine without having to get massive discounts.

Chromecast audio. Bought for $20, another store had it as low as $13, but OOS at that location and they won't let you rebuy on the spot, claiming it has to go back to the store floor after the manager signed off on it.

Went looking for about 9 different items and found 3 between 2 different stores. Deep discounts were worth the hunt though, thank you op!

Yup, PNW Walmarts don't get as much activity as here in SoCal. But deals here are still good when you find them. It's a feeling of ultimate accomplishment when it's you against the larger population. West coast, represent!

How does 0 count as limited stock in some cases? Also anyone had luck with getting the discount price even though brickseek doesn't show it at that price?

I don't know where in the PNW you are, but in the Puget Sound area, even the crap stays at full price. I was in checking on one of the much touted vacuum sealers the other day and they had dropped it a full cent after a month. It's still just under $60, and that's true of almost all of the stores out here.

I'm pretty sure the managers are carting stuff off to ebay.

And that in a nutshell is why return rebuy is really not an option anymore. Why would you do return rebuy on such a small amount?

I thought it was common sense to save that as a last resort. To each his own.
