I guess you never had THIS screen pop up on Brickseek when searching? Brickseek is a third party site, not something official. Just thought I'd enlighten you as to why people are chuckling at you telling the manager and CSM(s) about it.

Any chance someone could tell me if the following item is cheaper than $78 at any Walmart store:

if you have a kroger nearby it might be worth to check there. a few weeks ago i saw a 5 or 6k btu for 50% off to $75. might be easier than DPP

If I purchase something that's available for pick-up today, but it says the order will be ready tomorrow (before placing the order), will I still get the in-store price after pick-up?

yes. very much.. even if you pick it up after a 2 weeks(if they don't cancel it). even if they change the price after your order is processed your order price will get adjusted to what it was in store when you placed the order.

That's partly true. It depends on when the associate scans the price. This scan confirms both price and availability. That's when you get the ready for pick up email. As long as it's in stock at the store and they scan it before price change you are good to go. Since most in-store stock never goes up in price it's safe to assume you will either get the same price or better if it goes down.

If you order the item after 4 PM then mostly item will be ready for next day only. If you received ready for pickup on the same day or next day then price will be adjusted automatically. Before picking up the item you just scan the bar code in Walmart and confirm the price...
