online don't price match store.

If you order online, pickup at store. That's considered to be an online order even though store fullfil the item. That's why you pay online price but not store.

If you walk up to target store, grab an item and tell CS you want to price match online. They will do it without issue.

The guy was talking about store price lower than online. not the other way around.

Right. So I was saying once you pick up the item can't you get the price adjusted at that point?

Pick up the online order ,say I used wrong credit card for purchase and want to use a different card. Return and rebuy at store price

Does the online order show them the price when they look at the order? And even if it does, it forces an employee to try and locate it since it was already ordered. Maybe they'll try harder to find it? I don't know...just an option

I contacted Walmart and was told this can happen when multiple orders are placed in a short amount of time. This is not the case with me. The order I placed before I first got this email was a week ago. It said to wait 48 hours and it has been 50 hours, still no pickup email. I tried ordering a few different things and right away I get this email. So as of this moment, I am unable to order anything from Walmart. Calling them is useless as they seem to have no way to fix the issue. I just missed out on 3 different deals since the items I wanted are no longer available at the stores. This is driving me crazy.

I'm confused, if the lower price was found on Brickseek and not online at Target, Target has zero reason to adjust it's price lower. If the "price in store is cheaper", why not just go to the store and buy the item and skip the online ordering part?

Edited to ask, did you have a brain fart and should have said Walmart instead of Target?

To secure the item since I would not be traveling to the store till the next day. Especially since it says they only have 2 in stock.

you risk them seeing what you paid online, then seeing the lower price on the return and rebuy and denying it saying that was the online only price.

and it will not auto adjust.

sure, you can try RRB, I wouldn't recommend it and clearly others agree you should go into the store to get it

I'm not trying to be a dick but you got your answer, you're just not happy to hear it.

Drive to the store and get it, most of the time target brickseek has been accurate for me if its "in stock" and "sellable" or whatever the second box is. If its "in stock" 2 and "sellable" 0 then I wouldn't waste my time.

I have never understood why the fark people will procrastinate on deals where the item(s) are IN STOCK at a store with a really low price. I mean, I can understand if you're searching way out of your own area and it'd be a major road trip to get to and from the store(s) or if you work some weird ass split shift at your workplace and the only time you can go to grab a deal is when you get a day off.

But if it's within 10-20 miles, go there and pick up the shit while it's in stock and don't procrastinate about doing so. Either that or have a friend or family member do so so you don't miss the deal(s).

If this is in regards to my post, the store is in another borough that is 25 miles away and the bridge toll is $17. I work in that borough but wouldn't be back till the next day. When the store says it only has 2 of the item, the smart thing would be to order it online to ensure it will still be there when I head to the store.
