Sony recommends a SSD with a read speed of at least 5,500 MB/s, BUT you don't need anywhere near that. Digital Foundry, the guys who are basically everyone's go-to for gaming tests, did a test on a Western Digital Black SSD that only had a speed of 3,200, and the only difference was load screens sometimes took 1 or 2 seconds longer. That was it. Most of the time, there wasn't a difference at all. There also was never any difference during actual gameplay.
No games use the full speed of SSDs yet, so you can save yourself quite a bit of money, by not trying to grab a faster one. However… getting a faster SSD will of course future-proof you more, in the event that games end up using that speed, someday.

Price/TB is very good. QLC is a concern, but I never really really save anything critical to my PC's regardless... Warranty would prob cover any long term defect.
Yes it will

PS5 requires PCIE gen 4 to act as a secondary drive. This is PCIE gen 4. PCIE 3.0x4 means gen 3 with 4 lanes.

I know you meant this isn't Gen 4, but you accidentally typed "is."

Another person answered you correctly, that this won't work, because it needs to be Gen 4 and this is Gen 3, but I just wanted to add onto that, for when you find a deal on a Gen 4.
