I'm not so sure you understand how this site works. OP posted the lowest price this particular CPU can be had online from a site that at very least people have heard of. Sure it's only 5% less than at most retailers, but processors don't get massively marked down very often.

None of those new cpus have integrated graphics (except for one very low end one). This is aimed at people who want plop in a cpu and not need to buy a descrete graphics card.

If your gaming isn't demanding, this really is an option. We built my son's first computer 16 months ago with a 3400G and the intent to add a GPU at some point. Well guess what, still no GPU. He's on a 1440x900 monitor which helps but he plays Minecraft, Overwatch, even Fallen Order. Low graphics settings of course but completely acceptable framerates. I was happily surprised.

Nothing known for sure at this point but I'd bet Spring/Summer 2023 for a 7000 series APU.
