In for 1. Already have one backordered from Amazon but I still don't trust it since the great GPU drought. Had too many cancelations. Going to cancel that as soon as the status shows "packaging". Thanks!

Tried to checkout with Affirm yesterday and it asked me for my full social security number. Not sure if I want to give that up for 15% lol.

Yeah, this messing with my credit score is not worth it.

Hard pull? Soft pull? Does it show up on your credit report? Not sure that's worth it.

Great deal. I have huge regrets on getting the 5700 for $200 a month ago this is definitely worth it imo

Definitely don't give out your SS number for that. It will try to pull your credit score and sell you installment plans just like a credit company

Great deal, but i dont like the affirm stuff. I bought it anyway, but i want to point this out - they say there are no fees for using affirm, but when i checked out that wasnt true. After saying no fees, then saying they dont like fees, they say it's 13.X% APR over 3 months, and it ends up making the price $285.XX instead of the $279.99. Still a great deal. However, you have to pay by setting up either a debit card or an ACH tied directly to your bank. That's a hassle. Also they said this does not pull any credit score stuff, but i see people here in this thread who seem to think that it does do a soft pull? Not sure, but my score is over 800 and so i was not impressed seeing "13%".

Yeah no knock on the OP but all these Newegg "deals" with the Affirm hoops can just stop already. We get it, SOME people can save a few bucks going that route, but it's clearly a YMMV with Affirm as the kicker.
