Productivity is very subjective. Old school .exes, you're better off with Windows, but if you're not living in the 90s, most things run in a browser these days.

nope it was the same for me. Every state is different rates in case you didn't notice.. some states even have no tax.. who'd have thought. Govs misappropriate and squander funds so I'm with avoiding it whenever possible. I ended up buying one on craigslist still with warranty plus a few accessories for $1500 instead of almost $1800 with tax

Just ordered one from Costco. It showed the correct price at checkout ($1,599), and sales tax was applied only to the $1,599 price. Added AppleCare, and there was no tax on that.

I already have a Citibank Premier card. Can I use that for the extended 2-year warranty?

1yr factory warranty + Costco 2nd year + 2 years from Citi?

Or will I need to open a Citi account at Costco and use that instead?

Battery life is the worst among the M1/M2 Macbooks. At 75% Brightness and 3 hours, with no low energy mode, I went from 100% -> 60%. Streaming on YT and had 10 Safari tabs open.

My only gripe with this Macbook.
