Holiday shopping is undeniably stressful, with the pressure to find the perfect gift for loved ones, the ideal white elephant gift for family gatherings, your boss's favorite budget-friendly beverage, or a thoughtful donation to brighten someone else's holiday. That's why many prefer stress-free shopping for themselves in the week after the holidays, taking advantage of clearance sales.
Here at Slickdeals we want to make this "me shopping" time sweeter. As you shop for yourself, and find deals that excite you - keep in mind that there are probably hundreds of people just like you that are looking to get some much needed retail therapy and wind down for the year, and now sharing this deal gives you a good chance to score some extra bonus for yourself. Q: Who can enter?
A: Users who live in the United States, age 18 or over, and are registered users of the slickdeals.net forum community with accounts in good standing (not banned). At this time, NY and FL are excluded.
Q: Are Slickdeals associates eligible?
A: Slickdeals associates and their immediate family are not eligible to participate at this time.
Q: What do you mean by accounts in good standing?
A: If your account is terminated at any time during the contest (for reasons pertaining to the contest or for violations of the TOS or AUP), you immediately become ineligible and disqualified from the contest. Further, if your account is already banned, you are also not eligible for the contest. Finally, if you do win, and during the review of the winner, we find out that you had an account that was previously permanently banned, you will be disqualified.
Q: Why are NY and FL excluded?
A: We are exploring options to include NY and FL residents in the future contests. See official rules for more details.
Q: How will you validate eligibility?
A: If you are one of the winners, we may request validation of eligibility. See official rules for more details.
Q: Are there requirements for the age of the Slickdeals account?
A: No, any registered user is eligible to participate regardless of how long they have been registered for.
Q: How many times can I enter?
A: You may enter by posting a unique deal as many times as you want during the promotion period. Each posted deal gives you an extra entry into this contest.
Q: How many times can I win?
A: You are limited to winning once per day per household in each daily prize category. You may win a maximum of 1 (one) Grand Prize during the duration of the contest.
Q: How will the winners be announced?
A: We will post winners in this thread on the day following the closure of the prior day. The grand prize winners will be announced by January 8, 2024.
Q: If I win, can I pick which prize I want?
A: No, prizes will be distributed to the winners as selected.
Q: How will I be contacted if I win?
A: You will be contacted via the email address listed in your account, so please make sure your email address is active and valid.
Q: How will the prize be delivered?
A: We will deliver your gift card via email shortly after confirming your eligibility.
Q: Will I have to pay taxes on the prizes?
