Sold by Tools R Us - A tool reseller. It appears this reseller has some sort of business relationship with Milwaukee and has many Milwaukee tools for sale... but it's not clear if they are an authorized reseller or if you would run into warrantee issues using a receipt from Walmart.com

However, I do like the lower price. I've seen multiple smaller tool resellers list this combo for $175 to $179 recently... so HD certainly needs to do a better job on their BF pricing as they are paying significantly less then the regional suppliers given their volume / purchasing power.

I got one , is there a way I can verify if Milwaukee will honor warranty ?

They aren't listed as a vendor on Milwaukees site, so I would suggest emailing them to confirm (if this is something you want to confirm).
