My local Walmart no longer price matches any online competitors. They've had signs up at the registers for at least the past few weeks warning of the change. I forget when it took effect, I want to say yesterday, June 17th.

All of the Walmart stores here in NW Ohio will pricematch... at least most of them that I know of from doing it this year or having a friend get something price matched.

Hell, I was price matching Amiibo's at Gamestop back in March, Kitchenaid Mixer in May, various video games here and there, and then the PS4 controller two weeks ago.

Anything you see online from any store are guidelines, not concrete rules as stores can choose to ignore or honor rules. Or even make up their own. It sucks but it is what it is.

Nope, I've tried that before. It gets stuck in cancellation. Somehow the system realizes it's been picked up, even though it didn't update the online order status.

usually these return/rebuys turn out badly but guess I'll have to try. I can't believe Walmart's poor CS for a huge company - I've had managers refuse to take a return and say I have to go back to the original store.

Meh i tried to buy a few items listed here at a local Walmart. I scanned the bar code from my phone at a price check register they have set up said 5 were in stock. Went to a employee ask them to get they said no way that is here, then found the item i was looking for when trying to ring it up. It ask for manager so he walked over to the manager apparently but came back to me and said the item was actually a much higher price, the odd thing was he never scanned the item or anything oh well. I tried :p.

It has been mentioned before that the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has dropped in some places to $199.
I had been watching it for months in my area and it finally dropped to $199 on Friday 6/16 and I was able to grab one.

It depends on whether they processed the pickup correctly. I once did a store pickup where the guy seemed clueless. Eventually he got it to work and I took my items. Later I got an email reminding me to pick up the items. I ignored that thinking the system would catch up. Eventually got a refund for some of the items. Turns out they only processed one item at pickup but gave me all of them. Too much of a hassle at that point to fix it so I just let it ride.

This might have been already covered by someone, but it bears repeating. I bought an RCA Cambio at my local Walmart today. The store employee actually found it! He told me about what sounded like another SDer trying to buy one last week, but it showed up on his (the employee's) phone app as full price. He then scanned it for me...full price. It occured to me that he wasn't checking the STORE'S price, but Walmart.com's, so I asked him to scan it at the register...$67. We both learned something, and hopefully some of you can profit from it.
